JULIE FORD, Cybersecurity Evangelist (COO)

Julie has more than 14 years experience as an architect in Cybersecurity, SAP Security, Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Information Assurance. Julie has designed Cybersecurity Programs and Compliance Programs for global fast paced, high volume environments containing both local and offshore resources, complex landscapes and integration issues. Leveraging a wide-range of talents in computer technology, staff leadership, federal audit and regulatory compliance, Julie provides a solid foundation to address all aspects of information systems across all platform types, project requirements, and business needs. She is a global SAP GRC, SAP TechEd & dCode speaker, teacher and an expert in the area of Cybersecurity.

Running multiple businesses is a fact of daily life for Julie, and she has often toyed with the idea learning to juggle objects the same way she does her time. As her primary company, Broadhawk, continues to grow, she also owns and operates Freewind Jewelry and Costumes. Freewind allows the creative side of her to breathe as she fashions handmade jewelry and costumes, creating product for the Maryland Renaissance Festival and regular patrons.

DAWN LANG, Corporate Spindoctor (Communications Consultant)

Dawn has more than 20 years experience in various customer service related fields. WIth a degree in Corporate Communications and a love for the English language, she understands the importance of words in conveying an idea. She has a solid Administrative background with an ability to tie all of her honed skills together in the best interest of promoting her clients.

She has a passion for Corporate Social Responsibility and enjoys working with and for businesses that are involved in their community. She is committed to furthering the ideals of paying forward and giving back, believing that in doing so enables us to help others and change ourselves. She will continue to pursue a life of Communications and Administration until such time when she finishes writing the next great American novel. In the meantime, she is a voracious reader learning the craft, and a published poet.

SCOTT REEVES, Lead Ninjaneer (Lead Business Management & Retail Design Consultant)

Scott is the Lead Business Management Consultant and Business Manager. He has a long career managing retail businesses and locations, as well as a variety of other management functions for colleges in the Southern Maryland area. He has a deep understanding of product management, retail space design, marketing and management.

Scott is a collector of movies with a strong affection for horror and the macabre. His is also an avid reader, a poet, and channels that creative passion into playing the bass in his free time.

Renee has been a Graphic/Web Designer and developer for the last 20 years. She loves helping her clients find the design that fits their business and watching it come to life on the World Wide Web. When she's not building websites for her clients, you can find her making beautiful music with her husband singing in their band, reading a good book, or hanging out with family.
